- Conduct daily stand-ups and manage sprint retrospectives effectively.

- Utilize tools such as Jira to track progress and manage tasks.
- Lead workshops and training sessions for the Agile Scrum Team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Valid Scrum Master Certification is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an IT Software Scrum Master role within a software development environment.
- Proven experience in the Life Insurance sector is essential.

- A servant leader attitude with a commitment to team success.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License.
