- Key Responsibilities:
Managing inventory/stock and reporting necessary maintenance work.
Handling guest complaints efficiently and also managing online reviews.
Overseeing accounting duties, including daily cash-up, petty cash, and monthly reconciliation.
Ensuring payroll data is accurately submitted.
Understanding and managing budgets; reporting monthly on financial performance.
- Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
Proficiency in MS Office, email, social media, and Nightsbridge Software.
Strong management skills – to manage one guesthouse and oversee the second.
Valid driver's license.
Education:
Hospitality Diploma / Degree, Matric with above average pass.
