Tertiary education is required, and a strong understanding of lead sources, volumes, cost per lead, profit per lead, earnings per lead, gross profit, and conversion rates is essential.

The ideal candidate will have experience in client relationship management and call centre sales, as well as being comfortable with travelling to clients.

Johannesburg-based, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage one of our product verticals (e.g. Car Insurance, Business Insurance) autonomously end-to-end, ensuring overall performance accountability and client satisfaction.
  • Utilise data and reporting to understand campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation on campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with our internal marketing team to deliver high-quality lead volumes for clients.
  • Manage multiple clients within the vertical, building meaningful relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Conduct regular client visits to gather insights and provide expert advice.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business growth targets and objectives.
