Job Title: Industrial Instrumentation Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team at Professional Resources Partners Pty Ltd. As an Industrial Instrumentation Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for selling Industrial Instrumentation solutions into a geographically defined area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit product knowledge to identify and provide technical solutions to clients.
  • Meet yearly budgets and ensure sales targets are achieved.
  • Prepare and present product presentations to clients.
  • Interface with Principals at a high level.
  • Submit weekly call reports and attend sales meetings.
  • Build relationships with staff, clients, and Principals.
  • Develop sales opportunities and be proactive in identifying new business.
Requirements:
  • Technical qualification or plant experience.
  • Proven sales track record with a minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales within Industrial Instrumentation.
  • Knowledgeable in Industrial Automation and experienced in selling solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Client-driven and customer-focused mindset.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Mature personality with outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to operate independently.

Applicants should have sales or plant experience in some or all of the following equipment: Level measurement, Flow measurement, Temperature measurement, Pressure measurement, and Field measurement.
