  • Purchase Orders: Open, approve, and close orders while following established administrative rules.
  • Reversal and Corrections: Manage reversal and correction processes for purchase orders.
  • Purchase Order System Support: Provide support for the purchase order system.
  • Data Extraction and Processing: Extract and process data from various sources.
  • Chase Open Orders Daily: Monitor and chase open orders on a daily basis.
  • Stock Management: Manage stock levels, including monitoring exceptions and reporting.
  • Problem Solving and System Support: Provide technical support and solve problems related to the inventory management system.
  • Monitor Stock Levels on Floor: Keep track of stock levels on the floor.
  • Manage Trello Board: Organize and manage tasks using the Trello board.
  • Add and Remove Vehicles: Handle the addition and removal of vehicles from the inventory.
  • Housingkeeping and Expense Control: Maintain accurate records and control expenses.
  • Manage Manual Order Books: Manage manual order books for promotional, sold, finance, QC, and delivery-ready stickers.
  • Aarrange Payment Requisitions for Service Providers: Coordinate payment requisitions for service providers.
  • Key Competencies and Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Mechanical background in vehicles is advantageous.
    • Listening skills.
    • Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
    • Teamwork.
    • Stress tolerance.
  • Further Requirements:
    • Grade 12 qualification.
    • Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management.
    • Technical/mechanical background advantageous.
    • Previous motor industry experience beneficial.
