We are currently seeking a highly skilled Teaching and Learning Expert to join our team in Port Elizabeth.
The successful candidate will have a B.Ed Honours Degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience teaching or lecturing in the Foundation Phase. They will also have an undergrad qualification in Education, preferably with a focus on the Foundation Phase.
Responsibilities will include lecturing on Management specific programmes across various modes of delivery, marking assessments and providing feedback to students, and internally moderating assessment scripts where necessary. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist in lecturer development and support processes, facilitate workshops and one-on-one consultations, and champion academic development and support for a specific programme and its students.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, has excellent communication and organisational skills, and is able to demonstrate a proven track record of effective teaching in the subject area based on reflective practice.
