Job Summary
The Western Cape Government is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Demand and Supply Chain Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistics operations and ensuring the smooth supply chain process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise staff who perform demand management and logistics services.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans.
- Maintain broad knowledge on procurement activities and best practices.
Requirements
- An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification).
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in logistics management.
- A valid code B drivers' license.
- LOGIS system certifications.

We offer a dynamic work environment, a competitive salary range of R 444 036 - R 532 602 per annum (Salary level 9), and additional benefits that include service benefits or obligations for qualifying employees.
