Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Director: Demand and Logistics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and supervising staff who perform demand and logistics services.

About the Position
As Assistant Director, you will oversee the management and supervision of staff who perform Demand Management and Logistics management. This includes managing staff performance, motivating, training, and developing staff. You will also conduct staff planning (recruitment, selection, leave management, etc.) and monitor information capacity building. Additionally, you will have broad knowledge on procurement activities and best practices.

Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise staff who perform Demand Management and Logistics management.
• Manage staff performance, motivate, train, and develop staff.
• Conduct staff planning (recruitment, selection, leave management, etc.).
• Monitor information capacity building.
• Strategic Sourcing and Preferential Procurement / BEE.
• Broad knowledge on procurement activities and best practices.

Qualifications
An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification) is essential. A minimum of 5 years relevant experience is required. A valid code B drivers' license and LOGIS system certifications are also necessary.
