About the Role:

Ten Lifestyle Group, a global luxury concierge service, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Travel Specialist to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our travel department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our high-net-worth clients, providing personalized travel solutions that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver bespoke travel experiences for premium clients, including luxury journeys, complex itineraries, and high-end accommodations.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on travel options, destinations, and activities, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of travel requests, including visa processing, travel documentation, and logistics.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and tailoring travel experiences to meet their unique needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, destinations, and travel options, ensuring that clients receive the most current and relevant information.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and native Arabic is required, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, preferably in a luxury travel or concierge service.
  • Strong knowledge of destinations, travel options, and industry trends, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
