We are seeking an experienced Financial Trader who will play a key role in driving our business forward. The successful candidate will be responsible for searching for and monitoring trading opportunities, building a trading book & portfolio from scratch. They will also create, build and manage Trading books for EM Delta One trading strategies, generating consistent PnL while managing Risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement delta one trading strategies for Central Europe, Middle East & Africa
  • Conduct index / CA / stat arbitrage, index rebalance, single stock trading

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years trading experience in delta one at investment banks or hedge funds, skilled in Arbitrage
  • Proven track record of success in PnL management
  • Advanced knowledge of statistics and probabilities
  • Proficiency in VBA, Python or C++ programming languages
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Financial Engineering, Maths or Computer Science
