Embedded Hardware Engineer

In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and enhancing embedded systems and hardware components. Working closely with diverse teams, you will ensure the delivery of top-notch solutions that align with both technical specifications and business goals. Your knowledge and skills will be instrumental in driving innovation and guaranteeing the reliability and performance of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the design and development of embedded hardware systems, including schematic design, PCB layout, and component selection.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to integrate hardware with embedded firmware for optimal functionality.
  • Conduct thorough hardware debugging, testing, and validation to troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
  • Create and update technical documentation, such as design specifications and test plans.
  • Evaluate and select suitable hardware components and technologies based on project requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to drive continuous enhancement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in embedded hardware design and development.
  • Proven proficiency with PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, KiCad) and circuit simulation software.
  • In-depth knowledge of microcontrollers, digital and analog circuits, and signal integrity.
  • Experience using hardware debugging tools, including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters.
  • Familiarity with embedded software development and system integration.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for effective teamwork.
