  • Requirements Analysis: Translate system requirements into detailed software specifications.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hardware design teams to ensure seamless integration of software with hardware components.
  • Code Review and Refining: Review and refine code and design to ensure robustness, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Plan, estimate, and execute complex software projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and motivation to team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in embedded software engineering.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Programming Skills: Proficient in C/C++ programming.
  • UML Diagrams: Experience with UML diagrams for software development.
  • Real-Time Operating Systems: Familiarity with pre-emptive, multitasking real-time operating systems is advantageous.
  • Embedded Systems Experience: Experience with the development and implementation of software for embedded devices and systems.
  • DO-178 Certification: Knowledge of the DO-178 certification process is a plus.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to design architecture and execute complex software projects.
