Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to play a crucial role in leading financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic financial insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze accounting data and generate statutory financial reports.
  • Implement and enforce accounting policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and manage annual audits and statutory filings.
  • Provide financial and tax recommendations to the Finance Director.
  • Optimize accounting systems, identifying and executing improvements.
  • Maintain accurate fiscal files and ensure timely month-end and year-end closings.
  • Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely payments.
  • Lead monthly reconciliation processes and ensure the accuracy of statutory accounts.
  • Ensure accurate and timely IFRS month-end closing.
  • Prepare statutory reports and financial analyses, including Transfer Pricing and Annual Reports.
  • Collaborate closely with the Shared Service Center (SSF) and ensure corrections are promptly made.
  • Collect and verify data for budgeting and reporting processes.
  • Manage e-ledger submissions and internal control documentation.
Requirements
  • At least five years of experience in accounting, controlling, auditing, or tax advisory.
  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (master's preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of tax law and accounting principles.
  • Experience with IFRS is a plus.
  • Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English to liaise effectively with the Shared Service Center.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines and present financial information.
