  4. Update customers on progress, quotes, and additional work needed, maintaining transparency and building trust.
  5. Ensure all services and repairs are approved and authorised, adhering to dealership systems and policies.
  6. Conduct vehicle handovers, ensuring quality of work and customer satisfaction, and follow up on outstanding service invoices and payments.
  7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OEM bulletins and campaign notices, staying ahead of industry developments.
  8. Uphold CSI/SSI targets, driving positive customer journeys and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 with Relevant Automotive Diploma / Certificate
  • Drivers License
  • At least 2 years of OEM dealership experience
  • Strong understanding of Service Advisor processes and procedures
  • Excellent customer care knowledge and a proven CSI track record
  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to use own initiative and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work Saturdays and public holidays
  • Familiarity with dealership management systems (Evolve, IAL, etc.)
