Recruitment and HR Administrator for Farms

We believe that a strong human resource function is critical to achieving our business objectives. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in an efficient, professional, pro-active, and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct site visits and arrange for stakeholders' meetings to pro-actively identify business needs or issues requiring HR support, streamlining processes to improve production efficiencies.
- Accurate and timely recording of all cases on the relevant HR information systems.
- Maintenance of new and existing employee data on relevant HR information systems.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years' experience in a similar position within an HR and operational environment.
