  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted marketing and sales efforts, leveraging your expertise in sales, marketing, and customer relationships.
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Product Promotion: Promote our products and services to customers through various channels, including telephone, cold calling, and in-person meetings.
  • Training and Support: Provide regular training and support to customers on our products and services, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills needed to maximize their value.
  • Customer Interaction: Regularly interact with and visit customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and build strong relationships.
  • Workshops and Events: Organize and deliver workshops and events for top clients to enhance their product knowledge and improve their ability to successfully implement our solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, and customer relationships, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding existing relationships.
  • Education: Matric or NQF equivalent qualification is essential, with a degree in marketing, advertising, or communication being beneficial. Formal sales or marketing qualification would be preferred, and short courses will be advantageous.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, with sufficient knowledge of the banking environment and payments solutions being an added advantage.
