- Customer Interaction: Regularly interact with and visit customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and build strong relationships.
- Workshops and Events: Organize and deliver workshops and events for top clients to enhance their product knowledge and improve their ability to successfully implement our solutions.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, and customer relationships, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding existing relationships.
- Education: Matric or NQF equivalent qualification is essential, with a degree in marketing, advertising, or communication being beneficial. Formal sales or marketing qualification would be preferred, and short courses will be advantageous.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, with sufficient knowledge of the banking environment and payments solutions being an added advantage.
