Job Description:

As a key member of the West Coast Personnel team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle counter sales and telesales inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Capture and process orders accurately using Epicor software to meet customer needs.
  • Manage stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary to maintain efficient operations.
  • Answer phone inquiries and provide assistance to customers promptly and politely.
  • Support the sales team by providing administrative support and assisting with quotation tasks.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Proven track record of success in telesales, with excellent communication skills and strong irrigation knowledge.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to work effectively with Epicor software.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with a focus on attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
