We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Oxyon People Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operate the switchboard, ensuring that all incoming calls are answered promptly and transferred to the appropriate personnel;
  2. Welcome visitors and ensure they are collected from reception by the relevant personnel;
  3. Report any telephone extensions that are not working to the IT department;
  4. Update the telephone extension list and distribute it to all Wadeville users;
  5. Book interview appointments for shortlisted candidates and arrange boardrooms for interviews;
Requirements
  1. A Grade 12 qualification is required;
  2. A qualification or certificate in office management or a related field is necessary;
  3. An HR Diploma or studies towards a HR Diploma would be advantageous;
  4. Prior experience as a switchboard operator and receptionist is essential;
  5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required;
