- Order monthly groceries and manage weekly food deliveries and water dispensers.
- Ensure boardroom supplies are stocked and available.
- Schedule and coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs.
- Book service appointments for company vehicles as required.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with the preparation of general office correspondence.
- Handle any issues related to office utilities and contacting service providers if necessary.
- Supervise responsibilities of office cleaners.
- General Office Duties:
- Monitor office equipment, and ensure it is serviced and functioning properly.
- Manage municipal services and log queries where required.
- Facilitate smooth process of packages collected by and received from couriers.
- Provide management with assistance as and when required.
