Divergent Recruit Pty Ltd is a leading recruitment agency seeking a skilled HR Payroll Administrator to support our team in Ethekwini, Durban. As an HR Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR and payroll services to our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will perform the following key responsibilities:
- Providing HR and payroll administration support to our team.
- Capturing employment applications on SAP and scanning employment documentation.
- Generating employment contracts and recording their movement.
- Generating staff letters / certificates when necessary.
- Arranging psychometric testing for management appointments.
- Capturing annual leave and sick leave on SAP.
- Processing payroll & leave.
- Formulating management reports.
- Liaising with payroll: Head Office Incentives.
- Generating / sending to branches birthday lists for all employees.
- HO record keeping: Recruited drivers' tenure, Expat Flight requests, Indemnity Agreements, Learnerships.
- Receiving / capturing training information on SAP.
- Dealing with all training stats related queries.
- Running / processing the required training reports on SAP.
Requirements:
- Matric
- Comm Degree (HR Management / Industrial Psychology) or relevant degree level education.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years' post qualification experience in HR & Payroll Administrative or Assistant role with exposure to various aspects of the HR / Payroll employee lifecycle.
