We are looking for a Business Development Manager French Speaker to join our team at Catch Recruit. As a key member of our recovery service, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely resolution of claims, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

  1. You will work closely with Senior Account Managers and Head of Client Service to develop and accomplish goals and strategic plans set out for clients.
  2. Develop a strong knowledge of the recovery service in order to service clients successfully and answer technical client queries.
  3. Evaluate and resolve claims efficiently, ensuring that all value for client is reclaimed within deadlines.
  4. Support with new client onboarding and quality checking claims as needed.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with good command of the English language.
  • Fast learner, confident and strong ability to build rapport with others.
  • Persistence and problem-solving ability, keen eye for detail and good administration skills.

Salary:

Salary is negotiable.
