About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Planning Officer to lead our Resource Planning function at Performability. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring we deliver exceptional service to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead High-Performing Team: Build and manage a high-performing planning team that delivers excellent outcomes for the business.
  • Planning Excellence: Develop resource forecasting models, ensure accurate forecasts, and recommend solutions to optimize effectiveness across all channels.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Operational Management Teams to plan daily workflows, ensure operational SLAs are met, and authorise offline activity.
  • Forecasting: Analyze future demand and supply forecasts, liaise with relevant departments, and ensure sufficient resources are allocated to achieve SLAs.
  • Holiday and Shrinkage Management: Manage holidays and shrinkage in line with forecasts to minimize disruptions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Leadership Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing a team.
  • Resource Planning Expertise: Proven experience in a Resource & Planning environment.
  • Advanced Skills: Advanced use of MS Office suite packages, particularly Microsoft Excel, and strong data manipulation skills.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work well with a wide range of people.
