Job Description

At Recru-it, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Information Systems Architect to join our team. As a key member of our ICT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Information Systems infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implementation: Design and implement Information Systems architecture to meet business requirements, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Installation and Configuration: Install and configure Information Systems, including Microsoft and Cloud technologies, to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve Information Systems errors, providing timely and effective support to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Continuity and Backup: Ensure the continuity of Information Systems, including managing backups and providing regular reports and updates to customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Matric Certificate and relevant certifications, such as MCITP, MCSA, MCSE, and Azure Foundation.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in an ICT environment, deploying and supporting Microsoft and Cloud Information Systems.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of LAN, networks, servers, desktops, and mobile devices, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Customer Responsiveness: Provide timely and effective support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve complex Information Systems issues, using critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
