Primarily, we are looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed. A successful BDM at Vox is defined by their attitude and willingness to push themselves. We provide all the necessary training, guidelines, management, and assistance to ensure our team members have the tools they need to excel.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Meet sales targets and key performance indicators consistently.
- Build trust and relationships quickly with clients.
- Cold call daily to create and build your pipeline and opportunities.
- Coordinate with managers, product specialists, and support teams to ensure we deliver on our promises.
- Ensure that our commitments are always backed up with an email.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in corporate sales is required.
- Must have own transport with a valid driver's license.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Sales cannot be done from behind a desk; we need individuals with a natural drive to succeed.
