Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Draught Beer Quality Manager to join our Quality Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that draught beer served in designated geographic regions meets our high standards. This includes monitoring and maintaining quality, assessing appearance, aroma, and temperature, and identifying and troubleshooting issues related to draught beer quality.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of outlets in a designated geographic region to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement plans to address any issues identified.
  • Work closely with channel teams to ensure that quality improvements are implemented effectively.
  • Monitor and report on quality trends, equipment performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to customers on draught beer quality.
  • Ensure that beer dispensing equipment is properly maintained and sanitized.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • A Beer Sommelier/Beer Qualification or equivalent desirable, or Marketing Qualification.
  • A proven record of beer sales experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales/Sales Advisory Roles.
  • On-Premise Sales Experience.
  • Good skills in applying Customer and Consumer Insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills used to build strong relationships inside and out of the organization.
