Debtors and Administrative Professional

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Debtors Clerk and Admin Officer to join our dynamic team in Roodepoort, Gauteng. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial part in managing debtor accounts, handling client interactions, and supporting our financial operations.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a debtors/accounting role with a proven track record. You will possess strong interpersonal and telephonic communication skills, proficiency in accounting software, and high attention to detail with strong reconciliation and problem-solving capabilities.
Responsibilities include processing daily debtor accounts, confirming and updating debtor details, addressing and resolving queries, performing debtor collection and reconciliation tasks, sending timely statements to clients, and providing support for general administrative duties within the finance department.
Key requirements for this role include:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a debtors/accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software and strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Strong interpersonal and telephonic communication abilities
- Highly detail-oriented with strong reconciliation and problem-solving capabilities
