We are currently seeking a skilled Stock Coordinator to join our team. This is a permanent position available for 1 person with a market-related salary.

  • Ensure seamless stock receiving and storage processes.
  • Maintain precise inventory levels and ranges.
  • Track and manage stock movements efficiently.
  • Investigate and resolve stock inconsistencies.
  • Guarantee accurate and timely stock counts.
  • Implement best-in-class inventory management practices.
  • Supply vital inventory data to operators.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on stocktake and audit tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • 3 years experience in stock management or related field.
  • Certificate in Retailing (NQF 5) or Certificate in Retail Operations Management (NQF 5).
  • Or at least 3 of the following skills programmes:
  • Explain factors influencing the bottom line of a W&R unit.
  • Lead the implementation of loss prevention strategies.
  • Oversee stocktaking operations.
  • Restock merchandise in retail environments.
  • Develop and implement stock handling procedures.
  • Select products in distribution centres.
  • Maintain, package, and store products.
  • Receive goods into distribution centres.
  • Conduct stock counts for inventory verification.
  • Distribute products from distribution centres.
