Financial Operations Coordinator

Fidelity Services Group is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join their team.
Job Summary:The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of billing experience and be proficient in SAP Billing. They will be responsible for processing invoices, identifying simplification/automation opportunities, and preparing billing reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Process invoices daily, weekly, and monthly
- Proactively identify opportunities for simplification and automation
- Process credit memos
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed
- Prepare billing reports
- Minimum Matric Certificate
- Minimum 3 years of billing experience essential
- SAP Billing experience essential
- Computer Literate - Excel essential
- Resides in or around the Boksburg/Benoni area
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Numerical accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to liaise professionally with personnel at all levels
- Excellent telephone skills
- Solid attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information
R450,000 per annum
