We are looking for a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing complex projects and teams. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of solar PV systems and electrical installations, as well as experience in leading teams and managing personnel.

  • Oversee and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and high-performance standards are met.
  • Collaborate with teams across installation, maintenance, and procurement to ensure smooth operational workflows.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business goals and industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Analyze operational data and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to drive growth and service excellence.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or electrical contracting industries.
  • A proven track record of managing installation projects (residential, commercial, and agricultural).

Technical Skills

  • A strong understanding of solar PV systems and electrical installations.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and supply chain processes.

Management Skills

  • Experience in leading teams and managing personnel.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budget and cost management.

Other Requirements

  • A valid driver's license and vehicle.
  • A strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
