Job Description
As an Accommodation Support Specialist, you will be the backbone of our Properties team, providing top-notch assistance to our growing network of hosts. In a fast-paced, target-driven environment, you'll maintain positive relationships, ensuring our hosts have the right tools and knowledge to succeed on our platform.

Responsibilities
  1. Support 33,000+ properties for smooth operations and an exceptional experience.
  2. Effectively communicate and educate suppliers on procedures and policies.
  3. Assist suppliers with uploading and updating information on their profiles.
  4. Resolve issues or problems that may arise with suppliers.
  5. Complete tasks, projects, and targets with efficiency and professionalism.
  6. Provide timely, effective support to hosts, ensuring a seamless experience.
  7. Build strong relationships with hosts, offering guidance on best practices for success.
  8. Monitor host performance and offer recommendations to improve results.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to improve platform features and service.
  10. Stay informed on industry trends to provide relevant support.
  11. Achieve performance targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  1. Fluent in Afrikaans and English (written and verbal).
  2. Attention to detail.
  3. Strong administrative, organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
  5. Capable of working independently and within a team.
  6. Willingness to go the extra mile for clients.
