We are looking for a skilled individual to manage student interactions, provide accurate information, and maintain database integrity. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to handle pressure, and meet set targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a 3-year diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 2 years of sales or customer relations experience. Strong telephone etiquette, customer service focus, and target-driven approach are essential qualities for this position.

Responsibilities
As a Student Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Database Capturing: Ensure all student interactions are accurately recorded on our system, STASY.
  • Consultations: Respond to student enquiries within 48 hours, follow up with applications, and achieve individual registration targets.
