Hire Resolve's client is seeking a qualified Construction Site Compliance Officer in Cape Town, Western Cape.

About the Role:

  • Ensure that all construction sites operated by our client adhere to strict health and safety guidelines, minimizing the risk of accidents and injuries.
  • Collaborate with site managers and supervisors to implement effective Health and Safety protocols, conducting regular audits and inspections to verify compliance.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for site personnel on key health and safety procedures, emphasizing best practices and responsible behavior.
  • Maintain accurate records of site inspections, audits, and investigations, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Essential Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or diploma in Health and Safety Management or a related field.
  • Professional registration as a Construction Safety Officer with SACPCMP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
  • Valid driver's license with own vehicle.
