About the Role

This is a key position that requires a strong background in residential construction management, with proven experience in leading teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with construction regulations and safety standards
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and manage site workers to maintain a positive labor relations environment

Requirements

We are looking for a highly organized and communicative individual with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. The successful candidate will have:

  • A National Diploma or degree in Construction Management

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
  • Good knowledge of MS Office essential; MS Projects advantageous
  • Owning a vehicle is essential
