  • Prepare and enter payroll journal entries to ensure timely payment processing.
  • Perform AR and balance sheet reconciliations to verify account accuracy.
  • Update expense accrual worksheets and enter journal entries into QuickBooks for seamless accounting processes.
  • Maintain fixed asset listings and prepare depreciation/amortization entries to accurately reflect company assets.
  • Prepare and enter monthly allocation entries to allocate resources effectively.
  • Manage accounts payable, including tracking invoices, preparing cash disbursements, and ensuring timely vendor payments.
  • Assist in month-end review processes and ad-hoc financial tasks to support the accounting team.
  • Update weekly financial scorecard to provide real-time financial insights.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, including P&L, balance sheet, reconciliations, and cash flow statements to inform business decisions.
  • Assist with ad-hoc reporting requests to support the finance team.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Experience in US GAAP/IFRS (preferred but not required).
