Job Description

Lyon and Partners (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Secretary to provide administrative support across various areas of the business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing electronic diaries, scheduling meetings, and ensuring all relevant attendees are invited.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering telephones and handling enquiries with professionalism and discretion
  • Managing email correspondence, written communication, and telephonic communication effectively
  • Scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and coordinating logistics
  • Typing correspondence, minutes of meetings, and other documents with high accuracy
  • Filling correspondence and documents accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Secretary in a high-pressure office environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound organizing and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Discretion and confidentiality
Main Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support across various areas of the business
  • Ensuring quality control in all aspects of documents, communication, and correspondence
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Performing general office duties as required
