Our Technical Support team comprises highly skilled individuals with exceptional people skills, working together to deliver exceptional customer service.

We are seeking an experienced iStore iOS specialist to lead all iOS repairs within the prescribed turnaround time stipulated by Apple, ensuring great customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering comprehensive feedback and repair documentation for each repair, as per AASP standards

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Matric completion
  • Apple iOS Certified (ACIT) or similar technical qualification
  • 2+ years experience in repairing mobile hardware

The ideal candidate will possess:
