Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of operating room procedures, protocols, and policies.

**Essential Requirements:**
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Current Basic Life Support-C (BLS) certification and Operating Room Technician Certification.
  • Minimum one year of experience in an operating room setting; experience working in a hospital or clinical environment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
