Job Overview:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Office Efficiency: Ensure seamless daily office operations, maintaining organized records and filing systems.
  • Financial Management: Handle basic accounting, invoicing, and financial record-keeping tasks.
  • Sales Support: Assist with sales administration, including order processing and customer follow-ups.
  • Scheduling: Update and maintain production schedules for a smooth workflow.
  • Reporting and Data: Create and manage reports using Excel and perform data entry tasks.
  • Team Support: Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excel Proficiency: Strong intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, spreadsheets, and data entry.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Experience with basic accounting and invoicing software, such as Pastel or similar.
  • Scheduling Accuracy: Ability to accurately manage sales and production schedules.
  • Attention to Detail: Proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
