Business Support Coordinator

Job Overview:
- Fouche & Co Recruitment is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations and improve efficiency.
- Office Efficiency: Ensure seamless daily office operations, maintaining organized records and filing systems.
- Financial Management: Handle basic accounting, invoicing, and financial record-keeping tasks.
- Sales Support: Assist with sales administration, including order processing and customer follow-ups.
- Scheduling: Update and maintain production schedules for a smooth workflow.
- Reporting and Data: Create and manage reports using Excel and perform data entry tasks.
- Team Support: Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Requirements:
- Excel Proficiency: Strong intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, spreadsheets, and data entry.
- Accounting Knowledge: Experience with basic accounting and invoicing software, such as Pastel or similar.
- Scheduling Accuracy: Ability to accurately manage sales and production schedules.
- Attention to Detail: Proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Independence: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
