The ideal candidate will be at the helm of managing the contractual relationships between professional teams and contractors for high-rise and luxury residential developments. They will oversee timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies, ensuring each project runs like clockwork from start to finish.
This role will also see them ensuring strict adherence to quality control, building regulations, and health and safety standards. They will keep a close eye on costs, reviewing contractor claims, monitoring payments, and pushing for cost efficiencies across all projects.
To succeed, you'll need at least 7 years' experience in construction site management or project management, with a solid track record in high-rise and luxury residential developments. You'll be familiar with construction contracts like JBCC and NEC, and skilled at managing complex, large-scale projects.
A relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred, and SACPCMP registration or equivalent certification is a bonus.
