About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role in the quality department of a leading automotive manufacturing company. As a Quality Lab Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting visual inspections, using CMM to measure wheels, and tracking SPC data.
You will also be responsible for analysing results and informing relevant personnel of any discrepancies, raising containments as required. Additionally, you will support routine testing requirements and product audits.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct visual inspections and use CMM to measure wheels.
- Analyse results and inform relevant personnel of any discrepancies.
- Support routine testing requirements and product audits.
- N6 qualification in Quality or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in machine shop and wheel manufacturing plant advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of IATF processes and quality standards.
