Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our team at The Legends Agency. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support for our IT systems, ensuring smooth operations, security, and minimal downtime.

Main Responsibilities
  • Cybersecurity: Implement endpoint security measures, monitor threats, respond to incidents, and provide cybersecurity training to ensure the protection of our systems and data.
  • IT Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and videoconferencing systems to ensure timely updates and user support.
  • Backups & Disaster Recovery: Perform regular backups, test recovery procedures, and maintain disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • System Support: Provide technical support for Sage Payroll, warehouse scanning, and related systems to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Compliance & Cost Control: Ensure adherence to IT regulations, optimize costs, and maintain records to ensure compliance and financial prudence.
  • Customer Service: Provide high-quality IT support, problem-solving, and user assistance to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
