Programme Manager - PR Architect

Hire Resolve is seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager - PR Architect to join our client's team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing architectural projects from conception through to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire architectural project lifecycle, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to meet project objectives and exceed expectations.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and cost effectively, conducting feasibility studies and site assessments as needed.
  • Develop and manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
  • Lead project teams and facilitate effective communication, mentoring junior architects and team members.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, highlighting project progress and achievements.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
  • Registered with relevant professional architectural body, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of construction and architectural regulations, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
