RPO Recruitment is seeking a skilled Millwright to join a dynamic team in a leading beverage manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment, contributing to optimal production performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems to prevent downtime and ensure optimal production levels.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize production losses.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to extend the lifespan of equipment and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Install, assemble, and disassemble machinery and equipment as required.
  • Read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics to identify potential issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address operational issues and improve production efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports to track equipment performance and maintenance history.

**Requirements:**

  • Millwright Trade Test certification.
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Willingness to work shifts and overtime as needed.
