Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage debtors and creditors
  • Capture and process job cards on Sage Evolution
  • Prepare and send pro-forma invoices to COD customers
  • Process customer orders and generate invoices
  • Capture and reconcile deposits and payments daily
  • Balance cashbook to bank statement daily
  • Handle petty cash disbursements and reconciliations
  • Reconcile credit card payments and receipts
  • Respond to all account queries
  • Perform credit checks on TransUnion
  • Follow up on overdue accounts
  • Generate purchase orders to suppliers
  • Implement job card management systems
  • Manage stores and stock levels
Qualification Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Grade 12 and relevant bookkeeping qualification/certificate
  • Accounting/finance background
  • Experience working on Sage Evolution
  • Manufacturing environment experience
  • At least 2 years accounting/bookkeeping exposure
  • Fully bilingual in AFRIKAANS and ENGLISH
