Job Title: Brand Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Ambassador to join our team at Browns The Diamond Store. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a personalized shopping experience to our discerning clientele.

Your Role
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance on our luxury jewellery collections.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of luxury service.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the luxury retail industry.
Requirements
  • A mature and professional approach, with previous experience in luxury retail or high-end sales highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage a sophisticated clientele.
  • A refined understanding of client service and a natural ability to connect with clients in a meaningful and engaging way.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, as is customary in a luxury environment.
