We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team at Data Centrix. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive compliance program, working closely with regulators to ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Provide guidance on regulatory affairs, utilizing your expertise to inform business decisions.
- Contribute to the identification and evaluation of policies and processes within our Quality Management System.
- Manage a portfolio of audit assignments, planning and delivering audits to address identified risk areas.
- Identify areas for improvement in our compliance processes, systems, and procedures, and develop strategies for implementation.
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of our organization's policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes.
- Communicate the local action plan and motivate employees to achieve business goals.
- Assist the Risk and Compliance Manager in various management responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree or higher in a related field, such as law or compliance.
- Admission as an attorney or advocate.
- 3-5 years of corporate compliance experience.
- 2-4 years of experience within an insurance or financial institution.
- Registered as a Compliance Officer with the FSCA.
- FSCA Regulatory Exam (RE1) is an advantage.
- Proven ability to supervise and direct people and resources to achieve specific results within limited timeframes.
