- Strong knowledge of the regulatory environment, allowing effective interpretation and application of compliance requirements.
- Able to perform under pressure and manage critical compliance matters.
- Experience in enhancing and advancing the compliance profile.
- Capable of establishing, monitoring, and driving compliance key risk indicators.
- Critical thinking skills with a strategic and analytical approach to problem solving.
- Passion for leveraging innovation and technology to improve compliance functions.
- Excellent conflict resolution skills, navigating complex situations diplomatically.
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree or equivalent qualification.
- Postgraduate Diploma in a relevant field or higher qualification.
- Certificate in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or Certificate in Anti-money laundering specialist (CAMS).
