Job Overview

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Proven ability to lead and drive compliance initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of the regulatory environment, allowing effective interpretation and application of compliance requirements.
  • Able to perform under pressure and manage critical compliance matters.
  • Experience in enhancing and advancing the compliance profile.
  • Capable of establishing, monitoring, and driving compliance key risk indicators.
  • Critical thinking skills with a strategic and analytical approach to problem solving.
  • Passion for leveraging innovation and technology to improve compliance functions.
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills, navigating complex situations diplomatically.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Postgraduate Diploma in a relevant field or higher qualification.
  • Certificate in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or Certificate in Anti-money laundering specialist (CAMS).
