Job Description
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person to provide product information and answer questions.
  • Process orders and prepare correspondence to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Fulfill customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Expedite the flow of new units within operations to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Key Requirements:
  • Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or internal sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
