About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformational IT Change Management Professional to lead transformative initiatives for our esteemed client. As a seasoned professional with a passion for driving innovation in highly technical IT solutions environments, you will thrive in collaborating with technical teams to deliver cutting-edge enterprise integration and DevSecOps projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute change management plans, including training, communication, and resistance management, to ensure seamless transition and adoption of new technologies.
  • Collaborate with project teams to assess impacts, address barriers, and engage stakeholders for buy-in, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared goals.
  • Facilitate readiness assessments, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage change activities aligned with project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and within budget constraints.
  • Promote a culture of resilience and embed sustainable change within the organization, empowering employees to adapt and thrive in an ever-changing environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of a B Degree or Advanced Diploma in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Organizational Development, or Information Technology.
  • A relevant change management certification, demonstrating expertise in change management principles and practices.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in change management, preferably in an IT Solutions environment working with highly technical teams.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing large-scale projects that are strategically aligned within the financial services industry, showcasing ability to drive complex projects forward.
  • Experience in designing a change management strategy and execution plan, incorporating stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
  • Experience in creating training materials and crafting communication materials, effectively communicating change management strategies to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions, fostering open dialogue and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Experience in negotiating for desired outcomes, demonstrating ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics.
What We Offer

In this role, you can expect a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
