About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead to lead and coordinate project delivery for transport infrastructure projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a senior role that involves providing technical guidance, project management, and leadership to ensure successful project execution.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15+ years of experience in major infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on bridge structures. They will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring technical standards and client requirements are met.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to maintain quality and timely project deliverables.
  • Overseeing the commercial success of projects.
  • Applying strong project management principles to deliver on time and within scope.

The successful candidate will have a track record of achievement in a similar role, with experience in an engineering design consultancy and a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change and win new work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate project delivery for transport infrastructure projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and project management to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer certification (or working towards certification).
  • 15+ years of experience in civil/structural design, with a strong focus on bridge structures.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work in a culturally diverse environment.
